Rhaphiolepis Oriental Pearl

Rhaphiolepis “ Oriental Pearl “ is a compact , low growing evergreen shrub , producing an abundance of flowers in winter/spring. 
Attractive white flowers with pink stamens are borne on tight, dense, rounded bushes . Leaves are dark glossy green.
Ideal for sun or shade, “Oriental Pearl “ is tough and hardy , resistant to salt spray, excellent for coastal gardens and great for planting around salt water pools.        It is sensational as a low hedge or border and is perfect for mass planting.                                                        Suitable for most types of soil provided there is good drainage. 
“ Oriental Pearl” rarely exceeds 1m tall and will spread to approx 1m. 
Heat and frost tolerant but may require protection in extreme situations.
